In Charge of visiting sick and distressed Brethren and sending cards to the same Sick and Distressed. In charge of making sure the Thanksgiving and Christmas
In Charge of calling or writing of letters to members who have not paid their dues.
In charge of all financial documents and reports as well as the Audit committee. Will appoint members to the Audit committee for end of year and Inspection Reports.
In charge of all building and grounds maintenance. To make repairs or updates as necessary, or as funds permit. Will work with the Trustees to make a five year plan about the same.
Will appoint members to assist with perpetration of the Lodge newsletter and updating the Website. Going to local events and portraying Masonry in a positive Light to the community. These include The Memorial Day Parade and Holly Fair ect..
Will ensure that dinner will be available at each meeting and that the designated person remembers to bring dinner. Will work with the Eastern Star to promote and assist with the combined fund raiser dinners.

Will ensure that the parts for the MM degree are covered and the Ritual is being portrayed properly. Will assemble a Fellowcraft team for the same. Will appoint members to assist the Sec. and Tres. to assemble the necessary items for Inspection.
Will arrange and interview candidates for the scholarships and award the same.
